I want to know more how this RNG (random number generator) works in the gambling sites.
Do they just let it run once they set it up? who tests it to see that its really random?
I also heard they can intervene at any time and set it to reward (or punish) any player they like, and it can't be detected

Ya some guy I played with at rummyroyal.com told me than, but it doesn't really matter to me because I play with play chips.
A couple times I bet a few real chips but I never take it too far with that site.

Typical conspirecy theory.
If you only had a clue as to how much the casinos spend on some external lawyer to give them a document that proves the cards are random.
Of course some sites are not to be trusted, but as long as you go to the biggest places you should be safe (or as safe as in a real casino).

I can say that all casinos featured and reviewed on ixgames are all tested and certified by external organizations.

Casino operators can't intervene on players action in the casino. But they can ban if a player mismanages promotions in a bad way etc.

Hope that clear things up

Make sure your online casino has the eCOGRA’s “Play It Safe” seal. eCOGRA (”eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance”) is an independent non-profit agency that oversees the online gaming industry. It awards the eCOGRA Play it Safe seal only to online casinos that meet the highest standards of prompt payments, safe storage of information, random games, honest advertising, and responsible behavior.
