US Gambling Legislation

Our ixgames mailbox is busier than ever, getting alot of e-mails from people in the us (asking about the Gambling Legislation)

This is meant for U.S citizens so please read this first😡

-------------------USA Legislation-------------------

First of all we want to make clear to all our USA players that this Bill does not make online casinos illegal and it will not have any legal impact on players as they will not be accountable of any felony under this Bill. It is only fair to let you know that in the future this Legislation may have an impact on the ability to make deposits, however it is still left to be seen what actions are taken to enforce this bill and what actions are in reality of use.

Additionally, the online casino industry is analyzing what effect, if any, this bill will have on all alternate payment methods as NETeller, FirePay, Click2Pay, Citadel, etc, and how they will be able to arrange their operations so that they can continue to process gaming transactions.

Ixgames commitment to all USA members remains the same as we will keep on delivering the outstanding gaming experience that you have always received from us.

Prohibition didn't work for alcohol and it doesn't work for gambling.

Couldn't agree more Manne. That is why it is so stupid how the US governement have acted to stop people enjoying their own choice to participate with others.

Keep you eye’s on gambling stocks

The World Trade Organization is due to release its final report on the Antigua vs. U.S. case any day now.
A decisive ruling might provide the spark, that gives online gambling stocks like Partygaming (PRTY.L), Cryptologic (CRYP), playtech (PTEC.L) and 888 holdings (888.L) a BIG boost up.

Have you seen any change in stock prices recently or has the case not been decided yet? We hear very little over this side of the pond.
